Study to Analyze and Develop a Functional Outpatient Appointment System for DeWitt Army Hospital, Fort Belvoir, Virginia

This study utilizes a four-phase approach to evaluating the effectiveness of outpatient appointment system used by an Army Community Hospital. By utilizing the four-phase approach the hospital was able to determine the optimal appointment system for use within the hospital's health care system.
