摘要

Further studies of the novel structural chemistry that has been encountered in carbon-rich metallocarboranes are described. The preparation, isolation, and characterizatioan of new nido metallocarboranes containing four skeletal carbon atoms is presented, and mechanisms are proposed for their formation.
