The dam is an 80 ft. long masonry dam about 18 ft. high. The dam is judged to be in fair condition. It is small in size with a high hazard potential. The test flood is the full PMF. The owner should initiate actions for various deficiencies based upon the recommendations of a qualified registered engineer. (Author)
