This report presents data collected 25 September - 3 October 1980 to define the capabilities and limitations of the PAR facility at K.I. Sawyer AFB, Michigan. This report includes descriptions of the useable PAR coverage and tracking capabilities, analysis of all flight and equipment performance data for the system. The data presented can be used as a guide for anticipated equipment performance until there is an addition, deletion, or relocation of equipment, or until a significant change occurs in the horizontal profile.
