Implementing Brent's Multiple-Precision Package on the Texas Instruments Advanced Scientific Computer

This note describes how to use Brent's multiple-precision arithmetic package newly made available for the ASC. This note also enumerates some of the concomitant mathematical functions, constants and software. In addition, a comparison of computation times for the basic arithmetic operations is made between this package and the existing ASC multiple-precision arithmetic software. (Author)
