This report is the product of the second phase of research for the U.S. Air Force Engineering and Services Laboratory, performed under NASA/JPL management, under JPL contract number 955887, 'USAF Thermal Applications Analysis.' The first phase of research was a generic USAF applications analysis, as reported in 'USAF Solar Thermal Applications Overview,' dated May 4, 1981.
