The purpose of this Manufacturing Methods and Technology (MM&T) contract was to develop the manufacturing technology necessary to design, fabricate, test, and rework large scale hybrid (LSH) microcircuits with cost effective yields and to evaluate the capability of such assemblies to withstand extreme environments.
