This report describes the work performed in the second year of the three-year contract to explore the application of symbolic processing to command and control (C2); specifically, the graphics interface between the C2 user and a complex C2 decision support system. Volume II contains the complete AIPS knowledge base. This document provides the fully-inherited structure that the system sees during operation.
