This report documents the functional description for the interactive graphic program EQARR. It is intended to provide the description of the ship's equipment arrangement design functions to be accomplished by the program. Equipment arrangements are defined as the process of positioning equipment into predefined compartments of a ship with respect to their physical and functional interfaces. (Author)
