Synthesis of 6-Substituted-2,4-Diamino-5,6,7,8-Tetrahydropyrimido (4-5-d) Pyrimidines. Revised

A series of sixteen target compounds involving primarily methylene ethylene and methyleneoxy spacers between the heterocyclic portion and halogenated phenyl portion were prepared and submitted for screening. The chemistry and biological screening results are described. None of the compounds exhibited useful chemotherapeutic activity. (Author)
