Fuller's Lake Dam is an earthfill embankment constructed atop an existing masonry earthfill dam. Fuller's Lake Dam is located on Salt Lick Creek, in Jackson Township, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. The dam and its appurtenant structures were found to be in poor overall condition at the time of inspection. No unusual weather conditions were experienced on the date of inspection, 27 October 1980. Clear seepage was observed exiting the downstream slope at a rate of approximately 7.5 g.p.m. The vegetation and the erosion channel away from the seep indicated that the seepage has been occurring for a long period of time. The spillway approach channel is blocked by a beaver dam approximately 1.5 feet high. The spillway discharge channel is clogged with a heavy growth of brush.
