The dam is a concrete gravity wall with an earth embankment on its downstream side. Based upon visual inspection of the dam, the project is judged to be in poor condition. There are items which require immediate attention. The dam is intermediate in size with a high hazard potential. The test flood is the full PMF. filling and grading of eroded areas and removal of brush and tree growth are among remedial measures. (Author)
