This document provides test methods only. No attempt has been made to establish an accept or reject criteria. Guidance for consistency of test setup and evaluation of results is included. Equipment model numbers have been intentionally omitted. Since step-by-step test equipment operating instructions are not provided, it is anticipated that supplemental test procedures may have to be prepared by the user to augment this document. (Author)
