Socialization Practices, Job Satisfaction and Commitment.

This study compares the contribution of several socialization practices and activities typically available to help new employees become satisfied and committed organizational members. Results showed that socialization aids are not only differentially available and/or helpful but that their impact on subsequent job satisfaction, commitment and tenure intention varies. (Author)
