Comments on Measures of Performance of Selected Signal Detectors.

This document discusses various measures of signal processor performance, their interrelationships, and the relationship between analytically and emperically derived performance models. It also presents the derivation of performance equations for a broadband coherent signal processors structured as a two channel device so as to allow study of correlated noise situations as well as of general correlation detectors beyond the constraints of matched filter or replica correlation schemes.
