Technique for Measuring Body Circumferences and Skinfold Thicknesses.

Anthropometry is measurement of the human body. It can be used to estimate body composition, to describe body build, and in the design of equipment to match human form. This report provides complete instructions for the measurement of 12 body circumferences and 8 skinfolds. When used as a teaching device, this report will allow previously untrained personnel to perform anthropometry in an accurate and reliable manner.
