Study of Veterans Administration/Department of Defense Health Care Resources Sharing at Keller Army Community Hospital West Point, New York

摘要

This study was conducted to develop a model for implementing a Veterans Administration and Department of Defense Health Care Resource Sharing Agreement. Both health care facilities were examined to identify the abilities and deficiencies that could be shared. The specifics of construction of the written agreement and standards are examined in this study. The author emphasized the importance of a mutual agreement of services to be shared.
