Study to Determine the Best Organizational Structure, Both Administrative and Professional, between Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and its Troop Medical Clinics

摘要

This study was conducted to determine the best organizational structure, both administrative and professional, between Reynolds Army Community and its Troop Medical Clinics. The current organizational system was ineffective. Surveys were sent to various large Army Medical Activities to assess the various organizational schemes in use and their viability. The author recommended movement of the Clinics to the control of the Chief of Family Practice Clinics in any of four alternate organizational structures.
