Centralized Outpatient Education Center for Patients with Diabetes at Walter Reed Army Medical Center

摘要

This study was conducted to determine if the centralized patient education concept for chronic diabetic patients is viably applicable to Walter Reed Army Medical Center. The study was conducted using questionnaires and interviews with practitioners and patients. The surveys showed considerable support for the concept from both the practitioners and patients.
