Automated Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for ADP (Automated Data Processing) Operations under the Navy's Commercial Activities Program

This thesis documents the process whereby a Navy Regional Data Automation Center implements an automated quality assurance program to ensure proper performance of a commercial service contract by a civilian contractor. The feasibility of implementing MIL-STD-105D on microcomputers is examined, along with the software tools necessary for that implementation. Finally, a system design and programs to effect such an implementation are proposed. (Author)
