The Thirteenth Annual Forum for U.S.-Soviet Dialogue took place July 16-31, 1984, in the Soviet Union. The forum, an American nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization established in 1972, sponsors a program of mutual educational and cultural exchange in cooperation with the Committee of Youth Organizations of the USSR.
