Broadening Effect on Magnetothermal Oscillations in 2-D Electron Systems

Landau level broadening reduces considerably the amplitude of the temperature oscillations in 2-D electron systems when the magnetic field is changed adiabatically, but the oscillations are still much larger than the 3-D case. (Author)
