Analysis of Multi-Item Inventory Problem Using Optimal Policy Surface

A multi-term inventory problem with unspecified single-item unit costs is considered. Rather than examining a single cost function, this document deals with an approach which incorporates aggregate objectives and constraints. The objectives are low investment, low total costs and high service-level. The constraints are storage room capacity and available workload for handling the orders. (Author)
