Design and Implementation of the Computer Systems Design Environment Network

摘要

This thesis develops and implements a computer network for the Computer System Design Environment (CSDE). The CSDE network is based upon the use of the Zenith-100 (Z100) computer as an intelligent workstation. The Z100 provides direct communication with the VAX 11/780 mainframe and Prolog computer systems. Included on line in the Z100 workstation is a users manual which describes network operations. The users manual is designed to take the first-time CSDE user through all phases of the CSDE process in a step-by-step manner. (Author)
