The Automated Quality of Care Evaluation Support System (AQCESS) is a microcomputer based, integrated, terminal oriented, interactive, online computer system designed to support Patient Administration, Clinical Records and Quality of Care Evaluation in functions within a Military Medical Treatment Facility. The AQCESS Accounting Workbook is designed to assist users in learning about the Medical Services Accounting subsystem. Along with the MSA Training Aid and the Users Manual, users will be able to get hands-on training of the MSA Cashier Functions, and MSA Manager Functions if applicable. AQCESS also provides an On-Line Tutorial to assist users in learning.
