摘要

Subcellular binding of (-) Tritium- (quinuclidinyl benzylate) to particulate fractions of rat forebrain indicated synaptosomal binding. Lysis of synaptosomes with distilled water did not change Kd nor Bmax values indicating an absence of diffusion barriers to receptor sites within these structures. Highest density of specific binding was present in P3 (microsomal) fractions. It is recommended that ligand binding to subcellular fractions of brain be examined as a means of localizing sites of down regulation.
