Cruciform Crack Opened by Internal Pressure Varying with Time

摘要

An elastodynamic problem of a cruciform crack opened by internal pressure is reduced to a one-parameter family of singular integral equations. The work done in opening the crack and the stress intensity factor are calculated from the approximate solution of these integral equations.
