Single Sinusoids Compared with a Multiple-Sinusoids Technique for Evaluating Horizontal Semicircular Canal Function

摘要

Linear system-analysis methods were used to estimate the gain and phase response of the vestibulo-ocular reflex using both single sinusoid and multiple sinusoid stimuli. A total of 177 normal human subject were tested. There were no statistical differences in the gain and phase measures as determined by the two methods.
