Design and Implementation of a Personnel Database System for Indonesian Naval Officers

摘要

The objective of this thesis is to provide a software tool to support the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel and Staff Function of the Indonesian Navy in making decisions with fast, timely, relevant, up-to-date and accurate information regarding Personnel and Staff Function of the Indonesian Navy in making decisions with fast, timely, relevant, up-to-date and accurate information regarding Personnel Management activities. A database design is proposed including the logical and physical phases and an implementation of a personnel database prototype is undertaken on a microcomputer using dBASE II. (Author)
