Development of Serologic Assays for the Diagnosis of New World Leishmaniasis.

摘要

Murine monoclonal antibodies have been used to recover the genus-specific antigens of the New World Leishmania. These antigens have been used for the development of species-specific serodiagnostic assays and to study the immunopathogenesis of the disease.
