Developmental Toxicity Study of Agent GD - DCSM in NZW Rabbits and CD Rats

Agent GD - DCSM was administered orally to pregnant NZW rabbits (0, 2.5, 5, 10, and 15 ug/kg/day; gestational days 6-19) and pregnant CD rats (0, 37.5, 75, 150, and 165 ug/kg/day; gestational days 6-15). At term, the maternal animals were sacrificed and the fetuses were examined using standard developmental toxicity procedures. No evidence of developmental toxicity was found in either the NZW rabbit or the CD rat, even at doses which produced significant maternal toxicity.
