摘要

This research was to determine if there are significant differences between the job attitudes of medical personnel n comparisons of CONUS versus overseas, officers versus enlisted, and male versus female (as measured by the USAF Organizational Assessment Package--OAP). In conclusion, statistically significant differences are found between the three groupings across the three OAP areas examined. The Work Itself, Work Group Process, and Work Group Output. Job attitudes of overseas medical personnel are more positive than the attitudes of CONUS medical personnel in the area of The Work Itself. In the area of Work Group Process and Work Group Output CONUS medical personnel are more positive. The medical officer exhibited more positive attitudes than the medical enlisted in each major area. Also, job attitudes of the medical male are more positive than the attitudes of the medical female. Finally, assignment location seem to impact job attitudes. (Author)
