This volume, the second of four volumes, is a collection of 32 unclassified/unlimited papers which were presented at the 24th Joint Army-Navy-Air Force (JANNAF) Combustion Meeting, October 5-9, 1987, the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California. Specific subjects discussed include combustion instability in rocket engines and ramjets; ignition, fluid dynamic and ballistics in liquid propellant guns; rocket engine performance; supersonic combustions; and the ignition and decomposition of slurried ramjet fuels.
