Device for Restraining Rabbits while Bloodfeeding Mosquitoes

Described is a plexiglass restraining device which was designed and fabricated to secure a rabbit (Oryetolagus cuniculus) on top of an insect cage for bloodfeeding. The restrainer can also be used on a lab bench to perform procedures such as injections, toxicity studies, and health care treatments.
