This report summarizes the presentations of the three invited speakers Paul Baltes, Max Planck Institute for Psychological Research; L.A., Venger, Soviet Academy of Psychological Sciences: and Michael Rutter, University of Rome. The author states that much of the work discussed in these addresses is relatively novel, and as such deserves rapid public airing.
