A ground water and landfill cap investigation at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USARC) landfill. The USARC landfill is located in Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. The investigations included five rounds of sampling from ground water monitoring wells and surface water, analyses of the water samples, soil borings in the landfill cap and soils testing.
