Theoretical Characterization of Air-Bridges.

摘要

The theoretical analysis of an enclosed air bridge is presented. This includes a derivation of the Green's function in the x and z directions which is used to find the current distribution on the conducting strips of the air-bridge. Boundary conditions at the interfaces are applied and the numerical technique Method of Moments is used to solve the integral equations for the unknown current. Upon derivation of the current distribution on the conductors, an ideal transmission line model is applied to obtain the scattering parameters of the structure.
