Voice Coding Technique for Improved Hane Survivability

摘要

A voice coding technique based on the FFT is described. Word intelligibility tests show that the technique permits understandable speech to be reconstructed at 2400 bps, and that high intelligibility is maintained despite transmission bit errors of up to 10%.
