摘要

A method for the production of Boron chloride in flow systems has been developed and used for the study of the title reaction in a high-temperature fast-flow reactor (HTFFR). The temperature dependence of the rate coefficients is described by the expression k(T)=2.2 x 10 to the minus 11th power exp(-4620K/T) cc/molecule/s, consistent with a single reaction mechanism for the given temperature range. These k(T) values are larger than those observed for the isoelectronic Aluminum chloride and Boron fluoride + O2 reactions.
