The pamphlet contains an index of all test operations procedures (TOP's), international test operations procedures (ITOP's), and materiel test procedures (MTP's). Information in this pamphlet is current as of 31 December 1988. It applies to Headquarters, TECOM, and its Test Centers. TOP's, ITOP's, and MTP's define test procedures to be used by TECOM during Government developmental tests and customer tests of research and development materiel/systems. ITOP's supersede TOP's when available for the same subject. The documents are prepared to accomplish the following: Document the existing state-of-the-art in TECOM testing technology; Facilitate the preparation of detailed test plans; Prescribe the details of planned operations during the testing of materiel/systems; Reflect current international agreements in specific technical areas. Headquarters, TECOM, is responsible for initial distribution of this index document in accordance with requests from Department of Defense (DOD) activities. Forward requests for additional copies to Director, Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), ATTN: DDR, Cameron Station, Alexandria, VA 22304-6145.
