Computing Water Surface Profiles with HEC-2 on a Personal Computer

A package of computer programs have been assembled to computer water-surface profiles and display the results on a personal computer (PC). The package is based on the HEC-2 Walter Surface Profile computer program. The Users Manual provides detailed information for the HEC-2 program.
