摘要

An experimental and theoretical study of wave propagation in granular, rock an porous media is described. The wave propagation is a result of explosive loadings of 50-100 micro seconds duration. Specific wave propagational variables include the wave speed, inter-granular contact forces (local wave amplitude) and wave spreading geometries. The relationship of the media microstructure to these propagational variables has been studied for a variety of granular and porous materials.
