Mapping of the Embedded Real-Time Trusted Computer Systems (ERT-TCSs) Requirements into the Trusted Computer System Evaluation Criteria.

This report provides a mapping of the requirements in the final report, Requirements for Developing Embedded Real Time Trusted Computer Systems (ERT-TCSs) to the classes in the Department of Defense Trusted Computer System Evaluation Criteria (TCSEC DOD 5200.28-STD, alias the 'Orange Book'). Because the TCSEC was intended for traditional automated data processing equipment, it is insufficent for embedded real time trusted computer systems. Therefore the TCSEC had to be adapted for ERT-TCSs. NCSC does not officially sanction this report, which was only a research effort.
