摘要

While polymethylhydrosiloxanes are well known poly(carbonsilane)s which possessreactive Si-H bonds are much less common. The proposal by Yajima that poly((methylsilylene)-methylene) is an intermediate in the pyrolytic conversion of poly(dimethylsilane) fibers into silicon carbide fibers has stimulated considerable interest in such carbosilane polymers.
