摘要

The chiralities of the amino acids present in the blue-green algal peptides(microcystins) were determined by the hydrolysis of the peptides, followed by derivatization with Marfey's reagent and separation of the diastereomeric derivatives over a reversephase HPLC column and detection by Thermospray-MS techniques.
