Ergonomics and Radiation Effects from Video Display Terminals and Workstations

This report is written in response to questions from the field concerning thehealth problems related to video display terminals (VDT). A literature search was conducted of the most current information regarding ergonomics and radiation. This report presents information on the ergonomics of the VDT workplace, suggested exercises to relieve stress, and addresses the radiation aspects and recommendations for use of the VDTs.
