This publication is one of three technical notes that supplement the CATS(Computer-Based Instruction Authoring Tools System) user's manual. This guide is intended for students who are taking the computer-based version of the Defense Systems Management College's Funds Management and Tools for Program Management and Tools for Program Management lessons. The objective of this effort was to provide instructions for the use of the disks that the students are given to run each lesson.
