The purpose of this program was to provide support to ISTEF in developing andtesting innovative laser radar techniques and instrumentation for the discrimination and tracking of boosters, PBV's, and mid-course targets. Under this contract, specific CREOL support to ISTEF included the following four tasks: Task I. One Micron Coherent Laser Radar, Task II. Atmospheric Seeing Measurements, Task III. Atmospheric Induced Enhanced Backscatter Characterization, and Task IV. IR Focal Plane Array Testing.
