摘要

Range shadowgraphs have been digitized using a solid state video camera and arelatively unsophisticated personal computer-based frame grabber board. Image processing, including edge enhancement and level discrimination were used to provide data files for further analysis. A simultaneous multiparameter least squares fitting program was used to determine position and angle of the projectile in the image relative to fiducial markers. Analysis of accuracy and guidelines for future production systems are given.
