This document describes the ARI Research-Based Personnel and Training Study andAnalysis program to be initiated in FY92. Behavioral and social science expertise, knowledge and data bases will be used to conduct short-term studies and analysis that will directly aid decision/policy/doctrine makers in making more informed, more timely decisions affecting the Army's most costly resource, personnel.
